I was the Executive Director of Finance and Operations at leading financial publisher, Money Map Press, for 10 years, and I currently serve as the COO of the registered investment advisory firm, Avalon. 

I drive organizations forward by combining strategic thinking with a people-centric approach. I foster high-performance teams, build consensus, align stakeholders, and I challenge the status quo to ensure efficient processes that achieve sustainable success. My expertise spans business operations, digital direct-response marketing, promotional management, production, and employee/vendor contract management.
